Each lampshade is made using high-quality fabric, professionally bonded to a fire-retardant PVC lining that complies with the glow wire test standards set by the Lighting Association. For best results, we recommend using LED bulbs. They are energy-efficient and remain cool during use, helping to prevent heat damage or scorching to the lampshade and surrounding surfaces. Please note, this listing is for the lampshade only.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but if you have any concerns, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item and I’ll be happy to help. As each lampshade is individually handmade to order and carefully inspected before dispatch, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. However, please do get in touch if there are any issues, and I will always do my best to resolve them.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
