These earrings are made with hypoallergenic materials, suitable for most sensitive ears, but individual reactions may vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Not suitable for young children due to small parts (choking hazard). Avoid excessive bending or pulling, as this may damage the product or fittings. Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in colour and finish are normal and part of their charm.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns & Refunds Policy Due to the handmade nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged. If your item arrives faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so I can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. I recommend using a tracked postal service, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping. Thank you for your understanding and support of handmade work.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
