My love of the early 18th century and Regency style furniture and shabby chic was my inspiration for upcycling this lovely vintage table. I knew, instantly, that my design ideas and choice of decoupage, vintage sheet music, vintage script, Mozart and violins, would suit this style of furniture on its lovely shaped cabriole legs down to the ground. Ive wanted to upcycle a few new items of furniture with a music theme so really got stuck in and went to town on this piece, which has to be one of my favourite projects to work on so far! Hope someone falls in love with this piece and it has pride of place in its new lovely forever home!

Solid wooden vintage style table with lift up lid and internal storage on shaped cabriole legs, crackle and distressed painted in very pale creamy beige to table top, outer surround of table, decoupaged front, sides and back with vintage sheet music, plain white painted underside, legs distressed painted in white with metallic gold sponge painted distressing and decoupaged violins and vintage script to top of 2 front table legs, matching painted back legs with decoupaged vintage script to top 2 back legs, table top decoupaged with Mozart as a child, as an adult with vintage script, vintage sheet music and violins, metallic gold sponge painted distressing and highlights to table top with lovely cracked, distressed paint effect, vintage script decoupage to outer surround of table top with metallic gold distressing, interior table lid decoupaged with vintage script, sheet music, violins and metallic gold distressing and highlights, with matching distressed metallic gold outer edging to table top surround. Interior crackle, distressed and sponge painted in white, decoupaged with Mozart as an adult, as a child with vintage script, sheet music with metallic gold sponge painted distressing and vintage script decoupaged central panel to interior surround distressed with metallic gold paint, remainder of interior painted metallic gold. Useful table with internal storage for everyday, occasional use or as a decorative feature or statement piece. Size 57cm x 34cm x 58cm
