Full description
I made this pendant this year. I chose pink dichroic glass and carefully cut it to fit together. Layered on top of black opal glass and cut another piece of crystal clear glass to go on top. I then slowly heated it in the kiln for several hours at around 800 degrees Celsius.
After carefully controlled cooling and some water-grinding of any rough edges, I then cleaned it all again, added a silver-plated bail and chain and this one of a kind piece is now ready for the wearer.
It took me a few tries to get this one right but I am really happy with the result and hope the final owner will be too!
