Full description
Original handmade wall hanging created using traditional wet felting techniques with natural wool fibres.
This one-of-a-kind textile artwork features a richly textured abstract composition in deep shades of charcoal, grey, ivory , decorated with dimensional felt flowers and flowing wool locks.
The background panel was carefully wet felted by hand, creating layered textures and organic movement throughout the piece. Each flower was individually hand felted separately and then carefully stitched onto the main panel, giving the artwork additional depth, detail and sculptural character.
Soft curls, textured fibres and free-flowing strands create a beautiful sense of movement and make this piece especially striking as contemporary interior décor.
Mounted on a hanging rod and ready to display.
