These earrings were inspired by the beauty of a clear night sky and the delicate details found in nature. I wanted to combine the shape of a star — often associated with wonder, dreams and quiet moments under the night sky — with the natural beauty of real dried flowers.
The deep blue flowers were chosen to reflect the rich colours of the evening sky, while the clear resin allows the floral details to shine through as if they are suspended in light. The touches of gold leaf were added to represent tiny glimmers of starlight, bringing a soft sparkle that complements the darker blue tones.
The small star shape gives the earrings a playful yet elegant feel, creating a piece that feels both celestial and botanical at the same time.
For me, these earrings capture the feeling of looking up at the stars on a peaceful evening and appreciating the small, beautiful details in the world around us — turning that moment into something you can wear and enjoy every day.
