Handmade 'Pocket Hug' crochet heart with message card.
Available as a 'Pocket hug', a 'Thank you' or a 'Thinking of you' gift
Each crochet heart is handmade using 100% cotton yarn and available in a range of colours (see colour chart). They measure approx 4cm sq.
They are perfect as a small (postable) gift for family, friend and loved ones to let them know you are thinking of them.
Wording for each gift:
POCKET HUG: Here's a little pocket hug to show you how much I card, keep it in your pocket for the times I can't be there
THINKING OF YOU: Sometimes there are no words to make it better, but just know I am always here for you
THANK YOU: Sending you a little hug to say a great big Thank You
Each gift is signed off saying 'With lots of love xx ' but they can be personalised saying 'With lots of love from name(s)'
