Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Each hair clip is lovingly handcrafted to order, so you may notice slight differences in glitter placement, colour swirls, or crystal positioning. These tiny variations are part of the magic and make every piece uniquely yours.
If you’d like any changes — whether it’s colour, shape, extra sparkle, or a completely custom idea — please send me a message. I absolutely love creating bespoke pieces and bringing your magical visions to life.
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. During busier times, dispatch may take up to 3 days (as stated in my shop policies).
If you need your sparkle in a hurry, please contact me before placing your order and I’ll happily arrange express postage where possible.
