You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

To keep your jewellery in good condition, it is recommended that you remove it before taking a shower, going swimming, any cleaning, and any sports. Chemicals, chlorine, sea salt, perfume and body lotions can damage coatings and gemstones. Store jewelry in a sealed plastic bag. Custom and personalised orders I accept custom orders and i'm happy to work to any specification you require and together we can come up with the perfect piece of jewelry for you. Due to the fact that i make sure you are completely happy before purchasing the custom order, returns or refunds will not be accepted. Gift wrapping and packaging All of my jewelry includes a gift box, unless stated differently in the description. Items are sent securely to make sure they are received in perfect condition. Sizing details All sizes are on my descriptions, but should you require a different size, please do not hesitate to contact me. The easiest way to size your wrist is with a tape measure, depending on the fit you require, you need to add 1/4 inch for a snug fit, 1/2 inch for a comfort fit and 3/4 inch for a loose fit. Shipping Shipping Times - All packages are sent 48 hr tracked in the UK, and Tracked International unless otherwise stated. Please allow between 2 - 4 days for delivery in the UK and between 2 - 3 weeks for International deliveries. ***During the holiday periods i.e. Christmas, delivery can take longer and delays can also be caused due to customs, which i cannot be held responsible for. Further conditions of return I request that all items are returned in their original LynnsGemCreations packaging and in the condition in which they were received. ***I strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging.... Jewellery with tags removed will not be refunded! We cannot accept returned items that have been 'worn or used'. I do not accept returns on earrings for health reasons. ***Please make sure that on the package you 'mark it as a return', i will not be responsible for customs charges for a returned item. ***Also any costs incurred by Lynnsgemcreations for the parcel being returned from international buyers due to non delivery/collection will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
