Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A pair of haematite beads on a ring formed of 4 loops of silver plated copper wire. A 'cloud' of seed beads goes round the larger beads - the geek in me thinks of them like little electrons!
Beads are approx. 8mm in diameter, and the ring is sized to fit about an M. I can make other sizes on request.
All items come wrapped in a voile drawstring gift bag, apart from bangles (as they don't fit!).
I will dispatch items within two days of a sale, unless the order is for a custom made item in which case it may take slightly longer. Postage is by 1st class Royal Mail unless requested otherwise.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days, with a refund less the cost of postage. I may also be able to repair items if necessary - just get in touch!
