My handmade paper clip bookmarks grew from my love of junk journaling and my habit of tucking little scraps of beautiful paper between pages. I’ve always been drawn to vintage florals and layered textures, and I wanted to create something that felt both practical and decorative.
Using my Cricut machine, I cut the base shapes to ensure each piece is neat and consistent. From there, the real joy begins. I carefully layer vintage-inspired floral papers and add small embellishments by hand, building texture and depth to create that soft, rustic feel I love so much.
I designed these bookmarks to be more than just placeholders. They’re little pieces of art that can clip onto a journal page, planner, or favourite book, adding charm while still being useful. Like all my work, they’re made in small batches with attention to detail and a genuine love of paper, buttons, and all things crafty.
Each one is slightly unique, ready to become part of someone else’s creative story.
