A good friend was helping her sister in law in sorting out her stuff ready to move to a flat. They came across this fabric, which the sister in law said her daughter had bought in India for her, but she had never got round to using, and never would now. My friend said she could find a home for it, and it was kindly given to me to make things for Samazama, so more could be given to Action for M.E.. But firsr I made a couple of bags from it, that my friend then gave back to her sister in law and daughter! They were so thrilled. And there was still enough for another bag, and here it is. I also had enough to make a couple of smaller bags that are also in my shop.

Full description
Lovely shoulder bag made from a beautiful vibrant fabric, said to be from India, but I have no proof. Lined in a pastel aquamarine floral cotton fabric, and fastening with a self loop and a silver coloured button.
Size approx: 9 x 10 x 1.5 inches, 23 x 25 x 3.5cm
Strap approx 35 inches, 89 cm long
Made with a combination of some sewing machine stitching, and some hand stitching.
