Sweet wooden hanging heart decoration featuring a Great tit and pretty blue flowers which would make a lovely gift for a bird lover. The heart has been lovingly decoupaged with the great tit and flowers design on both sides. This lovely heart would look great hung in a window, from a piece of furniture or from a handle. The wooden heart comes ready to hang from pale green satin ribbon. Packaged in an organza bag tied with ribbon and a Crafty Nature label this delightful bird decoration would make a pretty gift for many occasions including Mother's Day, a Birthday or an anniversary, etc.
