I wanted to create a Survival Kit that wouldn't get used up or lost. By locking these sentiments in a large heart I've turned a simple list of thank yous into a beautiful ornament for the home. It's designed to be a bright, happy reminder that make mam's smile whenever she see it.
Safety information
This is a decorative ornament and contains small parts encased in resin. Please keep put of the reach children and pets. This piece contains copper wired LED lights and a battery pack. Do not leave the lights on unattended for long periods. While resin is high quality, please keep your ornament away from direct sunlight to prevent fading over time. To keep the high gloss shine, simply wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners which may scratch the surface. Indoor use only.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
No returns or exchanges on custom pieces. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit require to cover materials and design time. No two pours are the same. Variations in colour and beauty marks are part of the art and not considered faults. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering (before the resin process begins. If item arrives damaged, please contact NeuroBloom with photo's of packaging and the piece so I can make it right. For any agreed upon returns on non custom items, the buyer is responsible for return postage coast.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
