I get a lot of inspiration from nature. The hand dyed fibre in greens and yellows was too good a chance to miss. I also love to mix fibres natural and synthetic. This piece of weaving was crying out to be a bag.

Semi circular bag. shoulder bag. Fully lined with zipped closure.
This bag has a variety of yarns ,synthetic and natural. Some of the yarns are hand dyed and hand spun. this was a very complicated and time consuming project . Great fun.
This bag is very well made with a zip closure for security and a full lining with pockets to keep you organized. it is hand woven including wool fibre that has been hand dyed and hand spun and has yarn of different textures It is mostly wool but has some synthetic yarn. For example the sparkle in the brown. The thin maroon stripe is acrylic .Most of the yarns are hand dyed with natural plant dyes collected locally.
There is a variation in colour front and back. If you look closely you will see there is a variation in the colour of the weave. This is part of design.
The handle and zip are maroon. and the lining is an amazing green. There are two pockets. Two brown buttons as fine detailing on handle.
The bag should not be washed or dry cleaned, I cannot guarantee the process. Gently wipe any marks with a damp cloth..
