Full description
Handmade zipped accessory bag created using the artist Grayson Perry's 'Sissy' fabric design for Liberty of London. Perry designed this limited edition fabric (circa 2008), and it features in his own is words: the "cute and sinister" side of childhood toys. Perry's childhood teddy bear Alan Measles is featured here.
The outer fabric is Liberty's Tana Lawn cotton and the bag has a green zip pull closure and lining. Dimensions: 22 x 16 x 8.
Perry is known for his ceramic and tapestry designs and his sharp observations of the contemporary arts scene and wider society. He takes delight in dissecting British "prejudices, fashions and foibles"
