Full description
A circular weaving made from a mix of natural & recycled fibres including banana fibre, cotton, jute twine, recycled sari fabric and wool
The body is made from a metal hoop that has been wrapped with cotton string and then warped with cotton warp thread before being woven with fibres in the round
The hoop is 25cm (10 inches) in diameter and suspended from a 5cm wooden ring by a cotton cord macrame strap
The ring and strap are approx 8cm in length
The piece is designed to be hung directly on a hook or similar wall fixing
