Full description
This crochet waistcoat is part of Folksy's Perfectly Imperfect weekend. I have been working on a new pattern and this is a sample piece I made to test out the pattern design. I have left it without a fastening and so you can add a brooch to finish the look if you wish.
It is inspired by a design Janis Joplin wore many times in the late 1960s. I have used a mercerised cotton yarn combined with a metallic gold thread.
The size is UK 8 -10 (it is pictured on a size 10 mannequin, the mesh design does give a little more stretch).
Bust: 31 inches / 79cm
Shoulder to shoulder: 14 inches / 56 cm
Length: 18 inches/ 46cm
