This piece was inspired by cold winter walks and the need for something warm, practical and comfortable for dogs with sensitive ears and necks. I wanted to create a snood that felt soft and cosy but still had a timeless countryside look, using beautiful tweed yarn and a ribbed design for stretch and fit. Like all items in my Jacob’s Threads collection, it is made with care in memory of my beloved Cocker Spaniel, Jacob, who inspired my return to knitting.
Safety information
Hand wash in cool water, reshape while damp and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. For pet use only. Not a toy. Always supervise your dog while wearing and remove if chewing occurs. Ensure a comfortable fit and remove if your dog shows signs of distress or overheating.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Keep your dog warm, snug and stylish on chilly days with this hand knitted ribbed snood in a beautiful blue country tweed yarn. The ribbed design provides natural stretch for a comfortable and secure fit while adding a classic textured look.
Soft, cosy and easy to wear, it slips gently over the head and sits around the neck and shoulders without restricting movement, making it ideal for winter walks or relaxing indoors.
Each piece is handmade as part of my Jacob’s Threads collection, inspired by my beloved Cocker Spaniel Jacob, the heart behind everything I create. The subtle flecks in the tweed yarn give a timeless countryside feel, making this both a practical and stylish accessory.
This is a handmade chunky ribbed knit snood designed to be soft, warm and comfortable. It features a stretchy pull-on style with no fastenings and is a one-of-a-kind item.
Size: Suitable for medium to large dogs. Please measure your dog’s neck where the collar sits for the best fit.
Care: Hand wash recommended. Lay flat to dry.
