Full description
Raw and unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar from hancocks, a traditional Devon cider makers.
1 litre plastic bottle
Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother contains a cloudy sediment of beneficial bacteria, yeast, enzymes, and proteins, which are the byproducts of fermentation and believed to offer greater health benefits than clear, filtered vinegar often found in supermarkets.
This unique substance forms naturally as raw organic vinegar ferments and is considered an important part of true Cider Vinegar.
The Hancock family have been making traditional Devon cider for over 100 years, with recipes and skills being handed down for over five generations. We are situated in a hamlet called Clapworthy Mill 3 miles out of South Molton in North Devon.
Hancocks have been producing cider at Clapworthy Mill for over 50 years, before that the family have been making cider round South Molton going back over 100 years. Originally we used old type presses with straw but for the past 50 years have been using hydraulic operated presses.
