Full description
This lamp base is handmade from solid oak boards, carefully glued together to highlight the natural character of the wood. Finished by hand with beeswax, it has a soft, warm sheen that brings out the oak’s grain and tone without hiding its honest, handmade nature.
Nothing is concealed or artificial here — the construction, grain, joins, and finish are all clearly visible, just as shown in the photos. Each piece of oak brings its own markings and variations, making every lamp base slightly different and one of a kind.
The beeswax in three colors finish gives a smooth, tactile feel while allowing the wood to breathe and age beautifully over time. A simple, sturdy base that works well in rustic, country, farmhouse, or minimalist interiors.
Perfect for a bedside table, sideboard, or cosy reading corner.
