All orders are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24, with expedited production time, is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Perfectly imperfect - this ivy stem was make as a prototype for the ivy in my stained glass Christmas bouquet (but is considerable larger than the final iteration!)
Stained glass hanging ivy stem - hooks over picture frames, vases and in many other places in the home! Approximately 16 cm.
The stem will come carefully wrapped in brown paper and sealed with an Eiderglass sticker; no invoices are included so all items are suitable for sending direct to recipient - gift-wrap also available at checkout.
