Hello! I’m Sarah, the hands and heart behind Maeflower Crochet Creations.
My love for crochet started with the simple desire to create something beautiful and functional from just a single hook and a ball of yarn. Today, that passion has grown into a collection of heirloom-quality pieces designed to bring a touch of handmade luxury to your everyday life.
Whether it’s the intricate crochet pattern of my fingerless gloves or the statement-making drape of a Nordic Queen poncho, everything in my shop is slow-made in my UK studio. I select only the softest, most durable yarns to ensure that your items don't just look lovely—they feel incredible to wear and are built to last.
When you buy from my shop, you’re supporting a British maker and choosing a piece of craft that can’t be found on the high street. Thank you for being part of my creative journey
I designed this bolero to capture the feeling of a late afternoon stroll on the shore. Inspired by the soft, tumbled colours of sea glass and coastal wildflowers, I wanted to create a layer that feels like a summer heirloom.
Each granny hexagon is hand-hooked using a soft, breathable Acrylic cotton blend, chosen specifically to be gentle on the skin while providing just enough warmth for a salt-chilled breeze. For me, this piece is about slow fashion—taking the time to turn a simple ball of yarn into a wearable piece of art that makes a white sundress feel special.
I made this for those who love the "handmade life"—a versatile, bohemian staple for beach days, garden parties, or simply bringing a bit of the coast home with you.
