New beginnings, innocence and purity, cheerfulness and joy - perfect for February, when the year is yet young, and although winter is still with us, we start to anticipate the lighter and brighter days to come ...
And more prosaically, I was enjoying a coffee in my pink and white striped mug - and was inspired to make a second, lighter colour heart for this month.

WILD DAISY HEART - Heart of the Month - February
Once again, I'm making an extra special, limited edition heart (and sometimes two designs) for each month of the year.
This February heart has narrow raspberry pink and ivory stripes and a pretty woven ivory ribbon featuring beautiful wild daisies in shades of pink and white, with vibrant green leaves.
Generously filled with gloriously fragrant and locally grown Hampshire lavender (or with hypoallergenic wool toy stuffing), and finished with a shimmery mother-of-pearl round button, double ivory and pink ribbon bows and pink hanging ties, and with a linen 'heatherandhome' label on the reverse side.
Tie onto baskets, loop over cupboard door handles, drawer knobs or window latches, hang on coat peg racks or kitchen dresser hooks...
Send as a gorgeous gift or keep as a treat for yourself ...
