The girlthing was a creation of how I sometimes feel as a woman: completely feral, topless and covered in viscera. I feel the girlthing is applicable to anyone who aligns themselves with "girl" as a thing that they are. I was just getting into gothic calligraphy, playing through bloodborne, and my love of medieval armour was growing, and I was in a very stressful situation, so those things coincided into the girlthing.
