Rose tapestry Mary Poppins carpet bag travel bag overnight bag weekend holdall
This large travel bag is made in the style of the vintage carpet bag, and just like a Mary Poppins bag, it will hold loads of stuff, perfect for a weekend away.
This bag is made from heavy weight rose tapestry fabric, and is fully lined with cotton canvas. This carpet bag features a twist bag lock on the front, a semi solid bag base, an internal spring loaded bag frame, so that the bag " pops " open and " snaps " shut.
The inside ha a large zip pocket and 2 slip pockets as well as a key clip and 2 D rings for the detachable shoulder strap.
The leather carry handles and detachable shoulder stap have also been handcrafted from top quality leather, they have been stitched and riveted to give extra strength.
All bag hardware is in antique brass finish
Measurements approx
36 cm ( 14" ) tall x 48 cm ( 19") across the base x 23 cm ( 9" ) deep base, as this bag has a spring frame, it will open out to 41 cm ( 16" )x 20 cm ( 8" ). The leather handles are approx. 41 cm long. The detachable strap is approx. 80 cm long but can be made longer.
