I enjoy the colours of nature and using natural materials, but with a bit of glam with added sparkle of glitter. I am not a fan of heavy earrings so I wanted something eye catching and bold but without the weight. I also wanted to use less plastic in my creations.

Full description
1 pair of mixed media plywood disc earrings made with paper, glitter and gold coloured metal hoop earrings.
There's a different design on both sides. Black and Gold Chinese inspired pattern, Red and Gold pattern on the other side.
Set on 20mm earring hoops made of white metal with a gold coloured finish. Suitable for pierced ears only.
Hand crafted in the UK in a smoke and pet free environment, these earrings are a blend of natural textiles and modern patterns. Made with sustainable sourced plywood discs and upcycled paper from various sources, a splash of gold to catch the light. Finished with an outdoor grade sealant but please don't get them wet.
Extremely light, they won't pull on your ear lobes or pierced holes. They move naturally, swinging gently and catching the eye of onlookers.
The unique design means you won't find a pair the same. I don't make duplicate items (unless it's a matching set and even then there's slight differences).
The discs measure approx 1.5 inches across (that's about 4cm)
Perfect gift for the parson who enjoys unique jewellery or who simply "has everything else", or a treat for yourself.
