Full description
These earrings were handcrafted using standard silversmithing techniques.
Sterling Silver sheet was firstly cut into strips 7cm by 3mm and the edges were smoothed and slightly rounded at the corners.
The silver was then hammered lightly to give a slight bark texture before forming a loose spiral.
Holes were drilled at the top and bottom of the spirals to attach the ear wires and the real amber beads.
In order to allow the beads to dangle appropriately, the spiral at the bottom was elongated slightly.
The spirals swing freely from the ear wires and the bark texture creates a light reflecting effect.
The back of the earrings and the hooks are stamped 925.
The Sterling Silver is recycled and was sourced from a reputable British bullion company.
The earrings will come in the velvet pouch pictured and will be sent via by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
