This was inspired by the movie "Tinkerbell" and the hot air balloon that was used in the film which I watched as a child. I thought that the hot air balloon was magic, I hadn't realised that they actually existed!
The animated hot air balloon made me believe that the sky really was the limit. This was truly a joy to make and I hope that it goes to a home to bring joy to new people!

This piece of art has been created using a book by marking, cutting, folding and inking the pages to make this fun hot air balloon. We upcycle unwanted books into works of art - more available on Instagram
