My family and I went to the 2025 International Air Tattoo in nearby Fairford. The Red Arrows performed their full set which inspired me to design and make this fun garden item.

Fun hand crafted whirlygig/weathervane inspired by the famous Red Arrows.
Add a touch of fun to your garden with this humorous wind indicator.
Crafted from quality hardwood plywood, stainless steel fixings and mechanism, and solid hardwood (Iroko, otherwise known as African Teak). Hand finished using quality exterior grade paint and protective exterior grade clear lacquer, making this lovely item capable of withstanding all the British weather can throw at it.
This item is supplied with a marine grade A4 stainless steel 8mm dowel which can readily be mounted in the top of any timber fence post or similar. Alternatively it can be side fixed to a post or wall using the stainless steel fixing clips and screws which are also included.
Approximate dimensions 530mm wide x 400mm high excluding support dowel.
The use of quality materials guarantees a rust free and durable product.
