We make a minimum donation of 10% of the cost of every item sold to Monmouthshire Mind registered charity (1150165).
Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Made with reclaimed Welsh slate, and laser engraved with ‘Home Sweet Home’ this plaque celebrates traditional materials and timeworn character. The natural slate features beautiful variations in tone and texture, with subtle flecks of anthracite or fool’s gold running through the stone. These natural inclusions catch the light gently adding texture.
The classic lettering has a timeless, slightly rustic feel, making it perfect for cottage interiors, farmhouse kitchens, hallways, or anywhere you want to add a warm welcome. Pre-drilled holes make it easy to hang indoors or in a sheltered outdoor spot.
