My time spent in the Lakedistrict, either just for a day or when I'm lucky enough to stay for a week is a constant inspiration!

An acrylic piece (measuring 20x20.5cm - thick stretched box canvas). Fully varnished.
Lakeland and her Fells are a constant source of inspiration for me. The moodier, the better!
This was inspired by earlier evening looking past Catbells to the western fells beyond.
