Handmade fabric collage artwork created using repurposed and reclaimed textiles.
This one-of-a-kind piece features a stitched floral arrangement in a vase, built up with layered fabrics, textured scraps, and free-motion sewing techniques to create depth, movement, and a tactile, painterly feel.
The background is a soft blue patterned fabric, framed with a complementary fabric border, while the flowers and leaves are individually cut, layered, and stitched.
No two areas are the same, celebrating the beauty of reuse and slow, mindful making.
