I really like making dinosaurs and, although satin stitch takes a lot of patience, I really like the smooth look it gives. I was tempted to give this one to my own partner, but decided that it was one I should share instead.

All embroidery art (particularly satin stitch) should be handled with care, because over-handling it can misalign the stitches and distort the image. Please also be aware that all textiles will fade if left in direct sunlight!

Full description
Another dinosaur with love on the brain! This is an A5 card featuring hand embroidered dinosaur in bright green satin stitch on linen, with black eye bead and little hearts in blue thought bubble. All completed in DMC threads with fine high quality hand stitching- the satin stitch is single thread to give a smooth sheen across the body. Presented in a card 'cut out' style, and covered cleanly with matching card on the inside. Complete with B&bE tag on the reverse and sold with brown Kraft envelope. Eric, a dinosaur on the B&bE team believes that this was modelled on him (it wasn't).
