This painting was created after visiting Brighton. Collecting shells is something I love to do on the stony beach.
The beautiful colour of the sea and the wild waves are a form of meditation for me.
I hope this painting will bring you calmness and harmony.

Full description
"Seashells" is a textured painting featuring beautiful sea colours. This meditative artwork was inspired by a visit to Brighton.
To add texture, I used eggshells and modelling paste.
It is an acrylic painting finished with a matt varnish to protect against dust and sunlight.
Painted on double thick canvas
Size 12x12 in / 30.5x30.5 cm
