Each of our tote bags is individually handmade to order, using fabric combinations chosen by you. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the item. Small variations in size (usually within a few centimetres) are part of the charm of handmade products. Making to order helps us reduce waste and stay true to our commitment to sustainability—every bag is made with purpose and a home already waiting.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
