Scarab beetles are a fascinating shape and I came across a line drawing that lent itself to creating this beetle in wire form.

Silver plated and champagne gold plated wire wrapped Scarab Beetle with a 25 x 18mm Green Aventurine oval cabochon for the body and two 8mm blue Hematite beads for eyes, the pendant measures 6.5 x 4.3cm approx and comes with a 20"/50cm silver plated chain with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
This is an original Studio Eleven design.
Green Aventurine can bring good fortune, opportunity and help with confidence. It has soothing properties to help balance emotions. Associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra and speaks to those born under the signs of Leo, Virgo and Libra.
Hematite is used to enhance stability and restore balance in relationships. For the wearer it acts as a good shield against negative energies. Associated with the Sacral and Root Chakras and works well for being born under the signs of Aries, Taurus, Cancer and Aquarius.
