Full description
This attractive long infinity scarf is soft and warm .Perfect to keep the winter cold out. It is a generous length made from an 80in. length of cloth, joined at the ends neatly with a near invisible join. The scarf can be worn with one ,two or even three loops. Quite bulky but really warm. the scarf is 11in.wide.
It is woven with a burgandy coloured warp and a random striped weft in variations of Hopsack weave . The weft is dusky mauve and random shiny yarn of grey through to a soft lime green. the blocky blanket weave effect of the Hopsack pattern is eye catching..
The yarn is a mixture of acrylic double knit weight knitting yarn and a chunky softly spun synthetic fibre.
It is a one of piece. Although I might experiment further on other projects and use a similar yarn and weave pattern.
The scarf should be washed by hand in warm soapy water. Do not spin. Dry flat. Do not iron. .Ease into shape during drying as necessary.
