ST. JOHN'S WORT EXTRACT
Supports the nervous system,
calms anxious thoughts,
improves mood, and helps restore balance.
Opens space for sleep, peace, and regeneration.
Dosage:
20–30 drops, once daily, diluted in a little water, preferably before a meal or in the evening for soothing relief.
St. John's Wort may interfere with medications (including contraception and antidepressants – caution is necessary).
Avoid strong sunlight/sunbeds – may increase skin sensitivity.
