You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Purchase information & Returns Policy Changed your mind on initial purchase: After posting, if you are not happy with your purchase, and they have not been worn, please return within 14 days of receipt, in the same packaging via Royal Mail 24 hr Tracked service. I will refund the cost of your item once received. Unless faulty, the following items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order to your specific requirements, proofs and design specifications signed, dated and accepted, and proofs returned by email with confirmation of receipt from myself. Earrings - Due to the nature in which earrings are worn, unless faulty. See below Faulty Items: Within two months of purchase. Contact me via my email regarding the fault with an image of the faulty item. I will discuss the option, for repair or replacement if care requirements have been adhered to. Once repair or replacement is confirmed, please return in the original packaging via Royal Mail tracked service.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
