As a writer of poetry I thought, Posty's (I call them Posty's becasue of postmen, postwomen, postperson it clarifys them all under one word) had nothing to read while walking their rounds, so I decided to write poems on sticky labels for people to stick on the envelope and make them cheeky. Posty's would have something to read on their rounds and they wouldn't have to open the envelope! This led me to write other sheets of poems about Posty's delivering cards for - Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries all special occasions because it will make writing/sending cards enjoyable instead of a chore. "Oh! Which sticker shall we stick on their card?" Then await in anticapation for that phone call from your recipient!
