My inspiration comes from the meditative art of Kanzashi—the traditional Japanese technique of folding fabric. There is something magical about taking a simple strip of satin ribbon and transforming it, fold by fold, into a blooming flower. I created this pair to share that joy of craftsmanship, offering a piece of wearable art that is as sturdy as it is beautiful.
