After making this painting into a print, I wanted it to also be available as a greetings card. I have had some wonderful visits to Hilbre Island and have a great fondness for it, so wanted to create a painting capturing all my favourite aspects: the spectacular sunset, idyllic coastal backdrop, the unique colour of the rocks and the intriguing ruins of old buildings.

Full description
This A6 greetings card features a print of my original painting featuring Hilbre Island (a well-known local landmark in Wirral), left blank inside for your own message, and comes with a white A6 envelope.
The original work was completed using various mixed media; water soluble wax pastels, acrylic paint and different pens and markers. Under a dramatic sunset, the waves crash around the corner of Hilbre Island and the ruins of the old lifeboat station.
