December Birthstones - Turquoise, Zircon and Tanzanite

These are good quality, natural Turquoise beads from the Hubei Province in China which produces colours reminiscent of the much-prized greens and blues of the now closed Nevada mines. They are un-dyed, stabilised, and a rich green-blue.
Turquoise is the traditional birthstone for December and Sagittarius, and the stone for the 11th wedding anniversary.
Turquoise is associated with health, good fortune and protection from evil.

Full description
This striking necklace features a 331x28mm antique copper and turquoise patina fan pendant set between a pair of 10x14mm oval beads, with trios of 6mm rondelles to either side, graduating to 4mm round beads, all of genuine Hubei Province Turquoise.
The Turquoise beads are highlighted with trios of pure copper spacer beads, the central one is corrugated adding texture to the piece
The necklace fastens with an ornate leaf shaped antique copper toggle clasp.
Hubei Province Turquoise is prized for its beautiful, rich, blue-green colour.
This very special gemstone necklace would make a lovely December birthday present, anniversary gift, gift for Sagittarius, or simply a well-earned treat for yourself.
Handcrafted (by me!) in my home workshop here in beautiful Devon, UK.
This gorgeous necklace measures approximately 17.5 inches (44.5cm), excluding the pendant.
Your necklace will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a pretty organza gift bag.
