Jasper was favoured by the Ancient Egyptians who believed that the stone offered protection from negative energies. Blue jasper is considered an anti-stress stone, promoting self assurance, peace and stability.
Amethyst’s name derives from the Greek word ‘amethystos’, literal translation ‘not intoxicated’! This is linked to the ancient Greek legend where the goddess Diana protected young Amethyst from Bacchus, the god of wine after she rejected his advances. Amethyst is often associated with helping maintain mental clarity and physical energy.
Amazonite is often associated with harmony and communication, making it a ‘peacemaker’ stone

A set of three stretchy stacker rings featuring 4mm blue jasper, 4mm amethyst and 4mm amazonite stones, all with gold coloured copper wire rings in between.

As these are elasticated they are quite stretchy but as a guide I would recommend these are suitable for UK ring sizes N,O and P
