Full description
An absolutely stunning, miniature bowl that captivates whether observed from above or from the side. The elegance of the gently flared curves beautifully accentuates the innate splendor of the selected woods.
Crafted with a rim and base composed of the intriguing Grasstree Root, boasting an appealingly mottled appearance, while the central layer features Serpentine with its distinctive and irregular dark brown features running through. These distinct layers are interspersed with six layers of veneers, resulting in an intricate composition of fifteen individual strata.
This bowl has been finish to a high sheen using several applications an acrylic based polish then a final coat of wax polish to protect it from fingermarks and is intended as a decorative item and is not suitable for holding food.
An excellent gift for a loved one or for a special occasion.
