You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Thank you for shopping at WestNest™ by Laura Wood. I hope you are happy with your purchase, but I understand that you have the right to change your mind. Due to the nature of the items, I only allow returns within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order. After this time, unfortunately I can’t offer you a return. If you wish to return an item, please contact me by email as soon as possible and within 14 days from receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, not damaged or stained and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase. I reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods are not in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the return needs to include tracking information. I apologise for not being able to offer free returns. Made to order products do not qualify for return/refund. REFUND/REPLACEMENT All my crochet creations are made with care and I check every item carefully before delivery. If you think there might be a fault in the item you receive, you are entitled to a refund/replacement. Please contact me immediately, and within no more than 3 days, with details and photographs of the fault. If the item is faulty, you will be offered a replacement* or a refund. If you opt for a replacement, I’ll cover the postage cost. Please note that the refund only includes the cost of the original item returned, excluding the postage costs. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the return needs to include tracking information. Please provide proof of purchase. Made to order products do not qualify for return/refund. Please note that crocheted items can snag. If you find a looped or loose thread it is not a fault. *Any replacement is subject to the availability of the product/yarn/colour.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
