I am really enjoying putting a new earwarmer and headband collection together using a plain colour merino tweed yarn from Sirdar's Sublime range and a self striping pure wool yarn.
Every one turns out different and experimenting with colour combos entices me to keep making them!
Their construction is a a simple double rib which gives a flexible sizing. They are all made on the round which means there are no seams and they are very soft to the skin due to the single ply chunky merino content.
They will all fit an average head but the difference is that the Earwarmers are deeper and slightly bigger in the round at 13cm deep and unstretched to comfortable stretch 40-60cm.
At my fairs, I say it's half a hat! Suitable for an Adult medium to large head.
The headbands are 11cm deep and unstretched to comfortable stretch is 38-56cm. This size of the 2 would be the most suitable for a child to medium adult head.
This listing is for an Earwarmer band with a Black plain stripe.

My items are all sent out Royal Mail 48 tracked. I have a single postage charge of £4.25 but if your total parcel fits into large letter, you will be refunded the excess through PayPal.
A single headband will go Large letter £2.95 so in this case there will be some refund due.
