Full description
A perfect gift for any dachshund devotee or dog lover, this brooch has been entirely handmade. This silver sausage dog measures approximately 5.3cm from his ear to the tip of his tail and is hand saw pierced from sterling silver. The ears have been soldered on separately to add dimension and character and he has a sterling silver granulated nose. He wears a copper coat, stamped with stars. The brooch pin and findings have also been handmade. Since silver is a soft metal, the pin should be treated with care.
This item has been hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay Office.
