We make a minimum donation of 10% of the cost of every item sold to Monmouthshire Mind registered charity (1150165).
Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Bring a touch of rustic countryside charm into your home with this handcrafted highland cow clock. Created from an up-cycled wooden serving platter, this item is completely unique and full of natural character.
This rustic clock is made using a recycled wooden platter, transformed through a combination of laser engraving and traditional pyrography. The detailed highland cow design is permanently engraved into the wood, giving it a warm and earthy aesthetic.
The numbers are crafted from 3 mm basswood and hand-coloured with alcohol inks, adding subtle depth and individually tinted tones that complement the natural grain of the wood.
A battery-powered clock movement has been fitted to the back, complete with a built-in wall hanger for easy display. The entire piece has been finished with varnish to protect the wood and enhance its natural beauty.
